Hello guys, i am looking tutorial to make ROI on hand. i am used java in netbeans for development. my question is, are make ROI for hand segmentation is need data training ? Thanks before.

but you obviously should google your topic, and learn a bit of computer-vision first

(instead of expecting us to supply you with ready made code, we won't do that)
