bug report site broken

At the bottom of the documentation pages it has the following text:

If you think something is missing or wrong in the documentation, please file a bug report.

However, http://code.opencv.org/ currently gives an NGINX bad gateway error.

code.opencv.org is no more active since they moved to github issues, long ago.

(if the doc page you're looking at mentions an outdated bugtracker, it's likely outdated, too !)
