OpenCV Fuzzy Based Split and Merge (FBSM) [closed]

Hi All, Please could someone guide me on how I can implement FBSM as indicated in this paper by M Silveira. My current research work requires some full automation process, one of which is segmentation of skin lesion.

You look at what the authors did and then implement that as an algorithm. What do you want from us? It seems you need to represent fuzzy logic in your program, so that's one thing.

This is not a openCV related implementation question, rather a 'hey give me a solution for my research work' which is something we do not promote on this forum. Rather read the paper, start implementing it step by step and if you get stuck, then get back with a good question.
