Where can I get the following library

opencv_nonfree300.lib opencv_core300.lib opencv_legacy300.lib I installled differnt types of version but I can not find it.

there is no such thing as opencv_nonfree3xx or opencv_legacy3xx, those simply do not exist.

(opencv2.4 had those, but they were removed.)

also, why are you trying with something as outdated as opencv3.0.0 ?
