Cleaning samples removing the background (grass or street)

Hello, I'm writing to you hoping to get some help. My aim is to create clean samples (for classification purpose), removing (automatically, through code) the background. Some samples to clean are the following:

I want to keep only the person, removing the grass or street. Is it possibile? Could you give me some tips please? Thanks in advance!

I suppose person are crossing on your background ? in this case take a look at BackgroundSubtractor
