Hey, i have a small error "Corrupt JPEG data: premature end of data segment"

i don't what is that, My language is Python 3.5

it's not really python related.

your image was not fully downloaded (e.g. from an ipcam or from a website)

jpg images start and end with "magic bytes", if it did not end with FF D9, they know, some bytes are missing.
