How to install OpenCV Manager on emulator
Hello, I need to install OpenCV Manager on Android emulator. I tried installing the prompt, I did the following steps: 1st cd C: \ Users \ Maria 2nd ADB.EXE 3rd adb.exe install C: \ OpenCV4Android \ OpenCV-2.4.5-android-sdk \ apk \ OpenCV_2.4.5_Manager_2.7_armv7a-neon.apk After that, the prompt informed - waiting for device. Open the emulator and then the prompt informed - device not found. So, did I step in this tutorial http://www.dominantwire.com/2012/11/how-to-solve-adb-device-not-found-error.html and saw that it was not for an emulator but to a mobile device. What I have to do to install on my Android development environment? Thanks
