Hello every one,

i want to develop menu driven software for real time tracking like target detection and calculating the displacement of the target from reference point in terms of pixels so which language is best to develop the software?

This is an OpenCV question and answer forum, not a 'hi i got a problem and need you to solve it' - forum. So gather ideas around on the internet, install OpenCV, use C++ (which is base language for openCV) and try some stuff out. If you have problems, then let us know, by posing a correct question.
