I want a tutorial right form the basics of dispairity and also what are the various parameters in opencv related to same .

Python is just calling the C++ functions, so it's essentially identical. http://docs.opencv.org/master/dd/d53/...

Anything beyond this is theory, and beyond the realm of OpenCV tutorials. I'm sure googling Stereo disparity image or something similar will find lots of relevant results.
