1. You're question is basically as unclear as possible
2. You are basically asking to solve your problem without even searching the net

So basically with no experience in openCV, going straigth for lane detection is ridiculous. Even high end researchers nowadays are still struggling to find robust algorithms.

I suggest starting at the following link, get to know OpenCV, try some ideas you collect on the way and then report back to us.
