I'm aware this post is from 2018 however, It's never too late to write history and leave a lead to a correct answer.
Can you please suggest me some solution for integrating OpenCV and using the javascript API in my React Native project?

That was the latest plugin/library from React Native official repos, containing libs of OpenCV. It's not 100%, but at least a good start to motivate you.
