It is not TFrame.at<uint16_t>(TPoint.x(),TPoint.y()) but TFrame.at<uint16_t>(TPoint.y(),TPoint.x()) ot TFrame.at<uint16_t>(TPoint)

TFrame.at<uint16_t>(TPoint.x(),TPoint.y())

but

TFrame.at<uint16_t>(TPoint.y(),TPoint.x())

or

TFrame.at<uint16_t>(TPoint)
