you have to disable the autofocus before calibrating it, and leave it OFF forever.

also, never touch the manual focus then, else your calibration is invalid !

(wether or not you want to set the manual focus to infinity, depends on the distance / size of your calibration chessboard. infinity will be blurry with short distance / small boards)
