I think (may be i am wrong) that there is no meaning. If you read source code 7.0 is defined here or here or https://github.com/opencv/opencv/blob/master/modules/features2d/src/agast.cpp#L5318,.. it's always 7.0. keypoint constructor needs a size when you give a location. Why 7.0 ? ask to author (https://github.com/cbalint13?) may be read this https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/7
