You must supply the c++ dll AND the openCV-jar to the jar file at jar creation time.

You must supply the c++ dll AND the openCV-jar to the jar file at jar creation time.time. Although i am not sure how to do it, i am sure about that this is the error, because the same error happens when forgetting to add the dll to the classpath.
