I am building a commercial app and i am using filter functions in opencv(actually javacv i think it does not matter :) ) like bilateral filter, blur, median blur(ann other all) etc. I need to know whether I can use these functions in my app without any licensing issues, property issues or not. I don't change those functions i simply call them. Thanks |
