I am using skin detection to filter the image ,but during the process face and hand gets detected,but i just want to detect the hand.Is there any way to do it?

After identifying the skin color and using the in range function to filter out the skin color i am left this image(. Is there any way to remove those grains with in the hand image and few other noise in the back
