I have some code here that uses OpenCV 3.0, and I'd like to get it to run on Android. If 3.0 for Android is expected to come out soon, I might just wait for that, otherwise I might have to look into other means (rewrite the code for 2.4.10 /"import" missing functions from 3.0 or such...)
