Hello,

I'm new to the group and am data mining right now for a project. I'd like to take a picture from a fixed location and store that picture as a reference.

I would then like to periodically take pictures and compare the two, looking for obvious differences on a fairly large scale such as a new person or object in the picture. I'm not desiring to figure out who or what the object is at this point but rather just determining a change. Can someone explain how this would be done and then from there, I can dig deeper into further investigation of picture details and rendering.

Hopefully this request makes some sense. Again, a newbie here.
