Mirror Image on Single board computer

I need to get a mirror image of a video signal.

I have a video signal terminating on an RCA connector.

I need to plug it into a box (via RCA) and take the output in mirror image form (via RCA).

The application is to convert a rear facing camera into a mirror image so that forward facing user sees like a rear vision mirror (reversing camera).

The open CV seems pretty simple (flip horizontal).

The hard part for me initially is to identify a quality converter box that is reliable and good production quality with RCA in and out video signals.

Alternatively can anyone point me to an off-the-shelf solution?

THANKS David
