hi, as I know I only put cudev in opencv modules to build it with CUDA enabled,
what are this libs for? cudaarithm cudabgsegm cudacodec cudafeatures2d cudafilters cudaimgproc cudalegacy cudaobjdetect cudaoptflow cudastereo cudawarping
are they usable for?
I had built the opencv_worldXXX.dll, but file is too large, around 916mb or 1gb
