How to find the scale factor for monocular camera? and from the scale factor how to find the camera transformation in real world?

I did the match two sequential images and find out the corresponding point from them find the fundamental and rotation & translation matrix but i didn't get how to find the scale parameter from them also I triangulate 2D points, Please help me

  I find out the scale factor but i got the problem to fond out the actual transformation of camera in real world in units.
