But when I try to start the program, I get an error: "You can not start the program, because the computer does not exist Opencv_world320.dll. Try reinstalling the program " Having found and copied this file to the project folder, received a similar error but does not have enough MSVCP140.dll. Before that, they will still be faced with the fact that vs can not find the file opencv_world310.lib but with this error it seems like figured out Specifying in the settings vs file opencv_world320.lib, somewhere subtracted that it was renamed in the new version.
