Are three findControus() related bugs fixed?

We have been using opencv function findControus() in eye image processing. Recently we found out there are three open bug issues #5052, #5048 and #5044 documented in bug tracker in July, 2015. Two out of three have high priority. One has normal priority. I am wondering if you guys by any change already fixed these three issues by now. Thank you.

i think #5052 can be closed down. i am not sure #5048 is really a bug see https://github.com/Itseez/opencv/issu...
