Calculate Amplitude of sine graph

Hello

I am a beginner with no knowledge of opencv. so I need your help

I photographed a sine graph with a camera and I will try to find the amplitude from the photo data I take, and I will compare the amplitude of the photo data with the amplitude of the original sine wave.

How to do that?? Please help me~
