Thanks for your help. libgtk2.0-dev was installed but no avail... But I solve the problem! I don't know why but the version of Python-OpenCV donwloaded was not the right one. Because I reinstall using the github version (using : sudo git clone https://github.com/Itseez/opencv.git ) and now everything is working! :)
