That is perfectly possible if you try some basic operations 1) After creating both panoramas, align them first by matching interesting keypoints 2) Apply a histogram equilization to counter for some of lighting variance 3) Apply some sort of background subtraction algorithm between both images 4) Use some morphological operations to keep only the largest changes!
