Yes, so long as you follow the terms of the BSD license. Which isn't hard.

You have to acknolwedge that you use OpenCV, and include a copy of OpenCV's BSD license, which came with OpenCV.

You can't advertise or claim OpenCV is endorsing your thing.

And you can't sue OpenCV if something breaks.
