if you run the train_cascade program with exactly the same arguments from the same place again, it should pick up, where it stopped before.

if you run the train_cascade program with exactly the same arguments from the same place again, it should pick up, where it stopped before. (it should have made a folder with stahe1.xml, stage2.xml, stage3.xml)
