I have a new problem...as you can see, I create my projection matrix as described above.

For testing the triangulate function I take several chessboard images at different distances (for each about 2 or 3 cm difference).

But the farther away the chessboard the results are worse :( . Look at the bad x- and y-values.

The distance between the outer corner points are x: 96mm and y: 60mm
