The original image is exactly like the example one. The difference is in the size: the example one has a size of 1024x512 px while the original one has a size of 8000x4000 px. Should I post it anyway?

@Haris, thanks for the link. It worked fine! If you post it as an answer I'll accept it! Another question that came into my mind when doing this. Is it possible to "change" the projection of an image? For example, transforming my example image to obtain a straight panorama , without the curved effect, showing the same extension of image.

I got a panorama image exported from a Ladybug 5 stream file with the LadybugCapPro application. The image shows a black part at the bottom, where the cameras were located.

Is it possible to remove that part?

I'm a newbie in the computer vision world, so it would be great if someone could point me to the right direction (if it's possible what I'm trying to do).

The original image is way bigger than this, but for showing the black part I think this would serve well.
