Installing Open CV with GPU support for Linux

Hi,

I am trying to install Open CV ver. 2.4.3 with GPU support (CUDA Toolkit 4.0.17) on CentOs 6.2 (RHEL 6). I already have a working setup of Open CV for CentOs. However i cant find a way of integrating the GPU for my installation. Would appreciate any help i can get.
