Have you solved this issue? I'm facing same issue on Mac OS X Yosemite. Firstly I thought that it just needs more time to process, but I've experimented with lower number of samples and it still stuck for few hours.

I can't believe that for LBP it can take so long even for 1 sample positive and 2 neg sample with stages set to 2.
