Hi,
I downloaded the Opencv.exe file and extracted it, after that i created the new solution of console application in the Visual studio 2012. As mentioned in the doc i tried to add the new property page but, i cant so, can you please help me how to do it.
And i didnt add any Environmental variable, as i am able to see the static library in the extracted folder. So is that is making any issue? Can you please explain me how can i work with it.
