I'm out of office and I copy my program file without a .dll file. I need the file to run correctly right now.
The file name is opencv_imgcodecs310d.dll. The file is compiled under the environment of vs2012 with opencv 3.1. If you have the file,please help me. And if you have the file or all the .dll files,you can upload to the forum or my email:[email protected]. Thank you!
