core.hpp: no such file or directory

I am trying to run the following program on a Raspberry Pi using OpenCV but getting a

opencv2/core.hpp: No such file or directory

I am compiling using the following command:

g++ -o draw draw.cpp `pkg-config opencv --cflags --libs`
