Hi, I'm usind windows, eclipse and opencv 2.4.3 when I type in the cmd: adb install c:/<opencv path="">/apk/OpenCV_2.4.3_Manager_armv7a-neon.apk

I get an error: can't find 'c:/....apk' to install

what am I doing wrong?
