Hi,
I'm new to OpenCV and have only been running R scripts for statistical tests, hence sorry if I'm asking too basic questions.
I have video files in .ASF format (Video Codec : MPEG4-SP ASF File Format), the video clips last for c. 5 seconds (PAL: 10fps at a resolution of 704 x 560).
For each video file I wish to measure the average and maximum pixel change caused by a moving object during the 5 seconds long video. I have tried to search the web but haven't found a tool for this.
