i want to install SDK Manager, but when i download adt-bundle-windows-x86 from Developer.android.com i get just API 20 (Android 4.4w) in platform and platform-tools,but i saw some video in Youtube that they had all packages of APIs, So what can i do? i want to have All of them because i need them to install NDK and run OpenCV Projects any Ideas? Thanks
