What are some ways I can have an OpenCV program scan a Live Streaming website such as justin.tv and then have information be sent to a REST API and then to Mobile App? Is it possible to have the program run through Google Compute Engine? differences between REST API and Socket.io? sorry I've been trying to do my research but I don't know which way to go about this.
