Not able to open video source after installing opencv

After installing opencv and adding and removing packages to correct the error, I am still not able to open de video source to try the opencv samples; particulartly "video.py".

The outcome is a Lenna image with a moving chess board and an semantic error (Warning: unable to open video source: 0). I installed properly ffmpeg.
