Dear Sir/Madam, I am saeid parsa a researcher from Iran. I have used C++ for a long time but I am a beginner to opencv. For several days I am trying to call the opencv library from c++ but I am getting the error saying that the routines can not be opened. Could you please let me know how to use the opencv routines in c++.
