Is there a method other than machine learning that would be able to identify the difference between a left and right hand? I thought the best way may be to identify where the thumb is in the image, but I'm not sure how to differentiate it from the other fingers. Other than that, I haven't been able to come up with a way to identify which hand is in my image.
