I am trying to cross compile OpenCV 3.2 for aarch64. But cmake gives me the error below

I am running cmake from a build/ directory created inside the opencv/ directory
cmake -DCMAKE_TOOLCHAIN_FILE=../platforms/linux/aarch64-gnu.toolchain.cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=<my install dir> ..
What am I missing?
