I am trying to find a solution where I can extract a water level from an image of a gauge board like the one included. This project will look at whether it is viable to have cameras installed at many gauge boards sites on rivers around Victoria and Australia. I am not a software developer and am looking to get this software developed that would be flexible enough to use at many different sites with cameras installed.
