I am currently developing an application for the IPhone that reads a license plate from a photo taken by the user.
link text This pdf refers to a cvBlobsLib library which I failed to use. Is there any tutorial for this library to use in ObjectiveC that you can suggest?
I am looking for a way to remove all the background from the picture and have only plate for tesseract. Is there any method you can suggest?
