I am currently doing a project using ros melodic and vrep. When I execute
$ roslaunch all.launch
it returns

Resource not found: opencv_detector
ROS path [0]=/opt/ros/melodic/share/ros

The traceback for the exception was written to the log file
and I am unable to solve it. Can someone please help me?
