Is ASUS Tinker Board suitable for real-time face detection and object detection?

I am planning to use ASUS Tinker Board to build a real-time multiple face detection (Max 3 faces) and object recognition system. Will the recognition be faster (around 20-25 FPS) maybe? Or is there any better SBC at an affordable price?
