I was wondering if there was any way to lock a passed in image so that it doesn't change the location the next time the image is taken?
Im working in a microscopy lab and we're taking pictures of images that are on the nanometer scale for image processing. It's rather difficult to get back to the same location of the original image after the microscope has been moved. My idea is to use some sort of location reference and then lock the image to it. Is this possible in OpenCV?
