Hi. I need to add a feature in my software (written in C and Visual Studio 2008), but at the moment I don't have time to study the documentation of the library, so I'm searching someone that give me the result of my needed. Starting from a picture (I attach an example), I need to have a new picture (BMP or JPG) that is rectangular and perfect in scale (so moving the mouse overthere I can know the real X/Y coordinates).
